We are happy to find you again for the 2nd issue of this Newsletter.
First, Happy New Year once again, we wish
you all the best for 2006. You will find in this Newsletter some pics
of Sinn in studio, in concert, a live report of the
1st concert of the year, some cool links, ... only good things! |
The recording of the demo
continues. Olivier recorded his drums parts, 4 tunes are
finished with the guitar, the remainder of the sessions having
to be spread out over January. We remind you that it is just
the first recording of the album to come, therefore these
tracks will be useful only as "working tool", and
are not intended to be broadcasted. But if you come to see
the band in concert, you will be pleased to discover many
new songs:)) (see the live report a bit further). |

"(...) it is about 8PM when Sinn started the show. The
hall is filled with a small hundred people, but as the first notes ring, the
audience headbangs, shouts, sings... The band well-motivated by this climate
plays with a full energy, and presents a lot of new tracks, alternating speed
and mid tempos songs.
The track "Only one hate" seems already to be a
hit, like "Kill your idols" where Ben makes sing
the audience on the chorus. A mic and a speaker knocked over later,
Sinn finishes the concert as it began, with a new title, announced
as being the "Manhattan Kabul" of the band... (read
the lyrics to understand...).
In short, we attended a very good performance, with a "boosted
Olivier", striking his drums without care, and a Ben who has made
very large progress with vocals. To see again in a more important hall!!" |

| A new very interesting tour
date, at the "Cambrousse Rock" festival
which will take place at the end of September 2006. After the
concert at "la Mezza" on last January 07,
the organizers, seduced by the quality of the performance to
which they had attended, nicely invited the band to take part
in the 5th editon of this open air festival. |
